Introduction

The 2025–2026 DFSS Health & Safety Module is now live! This guide answers common questions about enrollment, completion, and access.

Key Updates

  • Module Launch Date: Available as of November 28, 2025.

  • Spanish Version: Will be available by the end of Q1 2026.

  • Upcoming Features: Pre-registration (by invite only) and a registration QR code are "Coming Soon."

Getting Started

Who Needs to Complete the Module?

All DFSS-Funded ECE Delegates (staffers) are required to complete the module annually.

How to Register

  • Previous Completers (2024–2025): You are already enrolled in the 2025–2026 module. Sign in to your account to access it.

  • New Users/First-Time Registrants: Use the registration link: https://zfrmz.com/f6CK73IlHWGYxK1I5htf.

  • New Staff (Delegate Agency): Do not use the Claridigm main website (https://learning.claridigm.com). Register using the link in CSD Updates or the provided registration link above.

Access to the Module

Once you submit the registration form, you will receive access within 1–2 business days.

  • I completed the 2024–2025 Module. Do I need to register for this year's module?
    No—you are already enrolled in the 2025–2026 module. Sign in to your account to view it.

  • I completed the 2024–2025 Module. Do I need to complete this year's module?
    Yes. All DFSS-Funded ECE Delegates must complete the training annually.

  • What if I have never registered before?

  • Once I complete the module, do I need to print a physical certificate?
    We recommend printing a hard copy for your records and your agency's files.

  • How long does it take to get access to the module after registering?
    Access is granted within 1–2 business days of submitting the registration form.

  • I am a new DFSS Delegate Agency Staffer—should I use the Claridigm Learning website to sign up?
    No. New staffers must register using the link provided in CSD Updates or the registration link above.

  • How long do I have to complete the 2025–2026 DFSS Health and Safety Module?

    • Current Delegate Staffers: Until January 31, 2026.

    • Newly hired staffers: Must complete the module within 30 days of hire.

  • I work at a different agency this year (previously completed the module at another DFSS agency). What should I do?
    Register as a "new user" under your current Delegate Agency.

  • Will the module be available in Spanish?
    Yes. The Spanish version will be available by the end of the first quarter of 2026.
